Wilson Davis Art & Framing is a contemporary picture framers, gallery and artist studios located in the picturesque Quarrier's Village, by Bridge of Weir in Inverclyde.
Owned by husband and wife team Alan Wilson and multi award-winning abstract artist Emma S Davis RSW, the gallery stocks a range of Emma's original paintings, as well as signed limited edition prints of her work.
We also have limited and open edition prints by other well kown artists.
We also have ceramics, jewellery, cards and gifts.
Owner Alan Wilson and fellow picture framer Andrew Hillcoat have years of experience in picture framing. We have, over the last 10 years, been making frames for the general public and many of Scotland's leading artists, as well as interior design businesses, photographers, hotels, schools and colleges, and other corporate clients.
We can frame virtually any item from original artwork, prints, football strips, baby's first shoes, embroidery and cross-stitch, posters ... the list is endless. We've recently completed jobs framing guitars, carpets, 3D casts of children's hands and feet, ceramic tiles, medals, and hole-in-one golf balls !!!
We have a truly diverse range of mouldings to choose from, be it manufactured mouldings, or plain wood mouldings which we can paint, stain, wax, gesso, and even gild using real gold leaf.
We have a fun, friendly and passionate approach to our clients when they visit the workshop, and we take great care and attention to their individual needs. Please feel free to visit our workshop and gallery in Quarriers Village, or give us a phone to discuss your requirements.
We look forward to seeing you !
