
Andy Gray Digital Photography
Andy Gray is a Digital Photographer living and working on the Isle of Arran, off the West Coast of Scotland. He has just completed a conversion of a Byre in the village of Shiskine to provide a working Studio.
He is perhaps best known for his Series of Interpretive Pictures of classic views around Scotland - Panoramic pictures with an interpretation panel showing mountain names and heights. Pictures are available as Box Framed pictures at 1.8m or 2.7m wide, or framed and tubed Giclée prints at 1m or 460mm wide, together with the interpretation panel.
All pictures are produced on high quality art paper using lightfast inks.
His work is distinctive and different. The technique he uses to produce his work is trademarked as phoTEX™.
Andy also specialises in working with visitor attractions to provide picture series for retail sale as well as promotional purposes. He also produces pictorial guides for several clients under the VistaGuide™ brand. Subjects are varied, and range from View Interpretation projects for clients such as CairnGorm Mountain and Nevis Range, to detailed close ups of tapestries for Historic Scotland and The Royal Yacht Britannia.
